We were honored to have the wonderful Olivia Munn wear ALMASIKA jewelry from our Berceau collection. As an actress, activist and investor, we love how Olivia uses her voice for good. She recently met our founder Catherine Sarr and posted these beautiful words.

 

"I met Catherine Sarr of @almasikafinejewellery this week. I always love delicate pieces, but what I love about these pieces in particular is the story behind their designs. She is French-Beninese, born in Paris, and has lived all over the world (London, Abu Dhabi, Chicago), while working, pursuing her passion for jewelry, and raising 4 kids! What she discovered is that so many of the traditional shapes and symbols of her African heritage that have inspired her designs (such as the curve of the body mimicked in layers of tribal jewelry) have meaning for cultures across the globe—from Africa to Louisiana to Brazil, so she designs her jewelry now as a symbol of unity. 💞 Her entire line is beautiful, thoughtful and timeless. #womensupportingwomen"
